Please join us on Saturday October 19, 2019 to commemorate the Arabeen of Imam Husayn (as). Arba'een or "the fortieth day" is a Shia Muslim religious observance that occurs forty days after Ashura. Ashura commemorates the martyrdom of Husayn ibn Ali, the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), who was martyred on the 10th day of the month of Muharram or Ashura.

The program includes: dinner, recitation of Quran, lecture by Br. Ahmad Rashid Salim, and eulogy (Azadari).
