70 Sixth Grade Students Visited ICCNC on Oct. 29th

On Tuesday, October 29, 2019, 70 sixth grade students from Lodestar Community Charter School in Oakland along with four of their teachers and the school principal visited ICCNC. They got a tour of ICCNC and in the Prayer Hall and were introduced to Islam and the Islamic prayers.

Afterward, they had lunch and ice cream in the Dining Hall. then the students gathered in the Main Auditorium and interviewed three of the ICCNC board members about the tragic events of 9/11 and its impact on the Muslims living in the United States and around the world.
