Table Rental Agreement at ICCNC for “Nowruz” Program on March 11, 2017

By filling out this form and signing this form you agree to participate with Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California (ICCNC) adhering to all of the timelines and policies outlined here and general organizational policies.

Location and Date/Hours of the program 

Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California at 1433 Madison Street, Oakland, CA

Saturday, March 11, 2017, 1pm – 6pm (vendors must set-up between 11am-12pm and break down between 6-7pm)

Table for Participants

ICCNC provides one standard large 30”x96” table for artists and non-profit organizations for $30 and for businesses for $50. The agreement form at the end of this document should be filled out and being emailed to Director of Art & Culture at ICCNC at iccncarts@gmail.com before March 5. Space is limited and getting a table is not guaranteed. Priority will be given to the ones who sent their agreement and confirmed their participation early. Tables are assigned to all participants on a random base. If an artist or vendor does not need table (for example want to showcase works on easels), they can have the same space (30”x96”) for the same fee.

Payment should be submitted on March 11, 2017 on site before setting. You may pay with cash, check, or credit card on site. ICCNC remains the rights to refuse any applications. Approved application will be confirmed by ICCNC’s  Director of Art and Culture within a week of receipt.

Trash, Compost, Recycling

Participants are responsible for taking care of all waste and recyclables. This can be disposed of at ICCNC trash cans with care about recycling. The vendor’s site must be clean upon leaving.

Security and Transportation

Participants assume full responsibility for all goods and equipment. Artists are responsible to provide transportation and carrying of goods and equipment to and from ICCNC. Very limited space is available for temporary parking on site at ICCNC for unloading/loading. ICCNC does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any loss or damage to the participants’ properties.

Set-up and Break Down

Artists are responsible to set-up on the assigned table between 11 am-12 pm on Saturday, March 11. Artists are responsible for table cloth or any decoration of their table. Break down can be done between 6- 7 pm of the same day.

Permits and Insurance

Participants are responsible and liable for any needed permits and insurances and ICCNC is not responsible and liable in this regard.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, Director of Art & Culture at ICCNC at iccncarts@gmail.com must be notified before March 8, 2017.
