Dr. Siavash Asadi bio

Dr. Siavash Asadi received his PhD in Islamic Philosophy and Theology in 2015 and MA in Philosophical Logic in 2011 from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Tehran University and a BS in Mathematics from Payam-e-Noor University. Moreover, he has completed six years of classical religious studies at Tehran and Qom seminaries. He has taught Islamic philosophy and theology, western philosophy, and philosophy of logic at the History of Islamic Philosophy and Wisdom Institute in Iran. Currently, he is a guest lecturer and a researcher at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has published more than twenty papers on Islamic philosophy in Farsi and English.
