Islamic Cultural Center Volunteers Prepared and Distributed 400 Thanksgiving Meals to the Unsheltered and Neighbors

Your Lord is bountiful to people, though most of them are ungrateful. (Quran 27:73)

On Saturday, November 20, and Sunday, November 21, 2021, 25 volunteers from the Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California and Support Life Foundation cooked 50 turkeys, 200 pounds of mashed potato, and stuffing for the unsheltered people in Oakland. On Sunday, the volunteers packed and distributed 400 Thanksgiving meals to the unsheltered and the neighbors.

After distributing the meals, the volunteers had a Thanksgiving feast together. May God reward all those who helped and volunteered for this cause, both in this world and Hereafter.
