Ramadan Mubarak! First Day of Ramadan is Tuesday, March 12, 2024

The new crescent moon was not sighted anywhere in the U.S. with the naked eye at sunset tonight; therefore, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, will be the first day of Ramadan, 1445 A.H. It is recommended to fast tomorrow as the last day of Sha’ban.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
